I placed the following message in the olympic borad and thought it would go nicely here.
Agreed the scoring in some of these sports leaves something to be desired. I watch many of the sports and am partial to boxing and it is clearly evident in boxing. Way too much bias.

As I've said before, Cotto is the superior boxer of the two. HOwever there is no way he can take for twelve rounds. Let's here your thoughts! Time & time again we've heard several threads of how Cotto was going to knock Margo out. What happened?

I was thinking last night that this would be a great time for Mayweather to announce a come back fight. One last fight to shut everyone up, and I am included in here, once and for all.

The Mexican media reported that Golden Boy Promotions (GBP) has dangled an offer of $ 10 million for Manny Pacquiao to face Oscar De La Hoya in December.
Box-latino said that apart from the guaranteed purse, GBP is also luring the Filipino with a share on the expected high pay-per-view sales which is estimated to reach $ 5 million.

I dug into my collection and pulled out the Whitaker vs. Chavez fight from '93. Being as though Sweet Pea was my man growing up my original biased scoring of the fight back then was at least 118-110 or 10 rounds to 2. After watching it again for the first time in 5 years or so with an objective eye 116-112 or 8 to 4 was the best I could do. The was

Tired of overweight cruiserweights coming up and trying to box in the heavyweight division. The Heavyweight division needs a champion who will fight more than once a year and fight the top competition in order to revive the sport.
